- In the case of a severe weather warning, where there is cause to re-schedule or cancel the event, all ticket-holders will be contacted directly by our team.

The event is held on the West Front Lawn, this is flat ground with short grass and is accessed via a wheelchair friendly path from the disabled parking area.
