• As these baubles are hand-painted, we can not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies with products.
• Please be advised that computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the screen. 
• We offer a return policy on faulty items, we will replace these items for you.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To return your items, you can contact us via an email to info@wentworthwoodhouse.org.uk, quoting your name and order confirmation number.    If accepted, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package.
• Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and a replacement will be sent out once your returned item is received and reviewed.
• Please note, we cannot refund postage and packaging charges.
• We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.
