Step through the looking glass and into the wonderfully curious world of Alice in Wonderland.
Settle into the cosy Library Lounge, where storyteller Dee will share Lewis Carroll’s much-loved tale through captivating storytelling, character voices and playful audience interaction, follwed by a craft activitiy.
A magical storytelling experience for curious minds of all ages – come along, get cosy and lose yourself in a little Wonderland magic!
Additional Information
- Each child must be accompanied by an adult, with one adult able to accompany up to two children. This means a single adult can attend with two children.
- Crafting materials will be provided per child.
- Accompanying adults are responsible for supervising their children.
Accessibility
- The Library Lounge is situated on the first floor of Wentworth Woodhouse.
- For visitors with mobility needs, there is ramp access to the ground floor from the outside.
- A lift is available to the 1st floor - A staff member or volunteer will accompany visitors using the lift.
- Please note, dogs are unable to accompany you into the Long Gallery. However, Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are welcome.

Visitors with disabilities may bring an accompanying carer free of charge when paying for a full-price ticket. Carer tickets must be pre-booked online. Supporting documents may be required at the entrances. This includes proof of
- Proof of Disability Living Allowance
- Proof of Attendance Allowance
- PIP letter
- Access Pass
- Disabled Person's Railcard
- Max Card
** Please note, where carer tickets gain access to workshop or courses, they do not include course materials or resources. Carers wishing to participate in courses and workshops are required to purchase a full price ticket.
