Get into the festive spirit with a relaxed and creative Christmas wreath-making workshop at Wentworth Woodhouse.
Led by experienced florist Liz from Side Farm Flowers, this is a chance to slow down, get creative and make a beautiful wreath to take home and enjoy throughout the festive season.
There’s no set design to copy and no need to be an experienced crafter. Liz will guide you through the different foliage, flowers and natural decorations available before demonstrating the basics and letting you create your own unique design.
Choose from a beautiful selection of homegrown and locally sourced evergreen foliage, dried flowers and seedheads, natural cones, dried fruits and spices, bells, feathers, ribbons and more! You’ll also discover the fascinating meanings behind some of the foliage through the traditional language of flowers – including rosemary, associated with love, remembrance and protection.
Whether you prefer something traditional and elegant, wild and natural, bold and contemporary or beautifully rustic you’ll have plenty of inspiration and materials to create a wreath that’s completely your own.
Any special requirements – just let us know in advance as workshop can be adapted to suit!
Cost includes all materials plus tea or coffee. Add a glass of sparkling wine, on the day, for £7.50.

Please note, The Camellia House is a temperature-controlled environment to ensure the safety of our historic camellias. Therefore, please bring an extra layer on colder days and wear appropriate footwear for the walk to The Camellia House.

Unfortunately, dogs aren’t permitted inside the Camellia House, however, assistance and support dogs are welcome.

- The Gardens and The Camellia House are both fully accessible to wheelchair users, with an accessible toilet available within.
- A Changing Places toilet facility is available next to The Camellia House.
