Opportunity to upgrade to three-course is available on the day. Please speak to your Server for information.

Drinks, sides, extras, and any upgrades can be settled on the day.

Tables are allotted for 90 minutes.

Combined Camellia House Menu & The Snow Queen

• Children's Meal, Drink & The Snow Queen | £19.00 per child 

You can access the Snow Queen on any session on the day you have booked (please check session times), however the time on your booking confirmation is the start time for your Camellia House reservation; please ensure you are at the Camellia House for this time.

First entry 10.00am and last entry 6.45pm  (4.30pm on Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve)

Gift Vouchers

if you have any gift vouchers for the Camellia House, please enter each 16-digit code into the 'gift voucher' box when promted.  if you have multiple vouvhers, enter each code individually clicking apply after each code.

Any remaining credit on gift vouchers can be used towards any extras (sides, drinks, upgrade etc); please give the gift voucher(s) to your server when it comes to paying the bill.

Booking Information

• If you have any dietary requirements, please specify at the point of booking. 
• As food allergens are present in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee any menu items, will be completely free from a particular allergen. 
• We ask that tables of more than seven guests (including children), please contact us on info@wentworthwoodhouse.org.uk to discuss your booking.
• Dogs are not permitted in The Camellia House; however, assistance and support dogs are welcome.
• Highchairs are available upon request.
• Please note, The Camellia House is a temperature-controlled environment to ensure the safety of our historic camellias. Therefore, please bring an extra layer on colder days and wear appropriate footwear for the walk to The Camellia House.

Accessibility - The Camellia House 

•  The Camellia House is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
• A Changing Places toilet facility is available next to The Camellia House.
• If you require assistance to get from the Main Visitor Car Park to The Camellia House, please email info@wentworthwoodhouse.org.uk ahead of your visit.

Accessibility - the Snow Queen 

The Snow Queen takes place on the Ground Floor and First Floor of Wentworth Woodhouse.  A temporary lift (available until 31 December 2025) provides access to the first floor for visitors with mobility impairments. A staff member or volunteer will accompany visitors using the lift.

There is ramp access to the ground floor of the House. Due to the age and nature of the House, there are some uneven surfaces. The Snow Queen experience involves moving between rooms. Only assistance dogs are permitted on the event route.
