Get into the Christmas spirit with our specially-created festive menu themed around our 'Twas the Night Before Christmas event! Treat your loved ones by adding a glass of something sparkling, or combine with the enchanted House experience for a truly magical day out this December.
Accessibility
Due to the age and nature of the House, there is no disabled access to the upper floors which includes the venue for Festive Afternoon Tea (Long Gallery).
Booking Information
If you have any dietary requirements, please specify at the point of booking. We can cater for a variety of allergies and special diets however there may be slight variations in the menu to accommodate this. As food allergens are present in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee any menu items, will be completely free from a particular allergen.
If your preferred slot is not avaiable, please call on 01226 749639 (daily 9.00am-5.00pm) to speak with our Bookings Team about availability.

Combined Tickets
Combined tickets for Festive Afternoon Tea and 'Twas the Night Before Christmas are availble. These tickets will give you access to 'Twas the Night Before Christmas throughout the day. The time on your ticket is your sitting for the festive Afternoon Tea, so you must return to the Long Gallery for this time.
Terms & Conditions
Refund Cancellation Policy - The Snow Queen
- Due to high demand, tickets are non-refundable and not transferable to non-named guests.
- If Wentworth Woodhouse has to cancel the event before the advertised start time then full refunds will be offered.
Refund/Cancellation Policy - Festive Afternoon Tea (December 2025)
- Transfers to another date will be accepted up to 3 days before the date of the booking.
- Cancellation 1 or 2 days before will incur a 50 % charge, however we will accept a transfer to another date (within the Festive Afternoon Tea period, subject to availablitly).
- Any changes on the day will incur a full charge and the booking cannot be transferred to another date. However, we can offer the afternoon tea as a takeaway to collect.

Remember, any money made from our Festive Afternoon Tea goes straight into the Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust and contributes towards the restoration of this magnificent House and Gardens.
